As a sub-forum of the 2022 Xilihu Forum, the second Mainland and Macau Entrepreneur Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum was held in Macau on November 16. The forum is themed " Science and Technology Innovation , Integration and Win-win" and is jointly guided by the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Economic and Science and Technology Development Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government, and co-organized by the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Australian Zhongzhiyuan Investment Development Co., Ltd., and the Macau Youth Entrepreneurship Incubation Center.
Representatives from Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, Shenzhen Hi-tech Zone , Zhongshan Torch High-tech Zone, Jiangmen High-tech Zone, Zhaoqing High-tech Zone and other parks, as well as experts and scholars, corporate representatives, and representatives of entrepreneurial incubation institutions from the mainland and Macao exchanged and shared at the forum.

Xu Jie, deputy director of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology, said in his speech that in recent years, the Ministry of Science and Technology, together with relevant departments, has worked with the Macao Special Administrative Region Government to promote the implementation of the central government's science and technology policy to benefit Macao, and actively promote the innovation and development of science and technology in Macao. In the next step, the Ministry of Science and Technology will work with the Macao Special Administrative Region Government to continue to promote the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, support Macau's scientific and technological innovation and development, take multiple measures to deepen scientific and technological innovation cooperation between the two places, and promote Macau's deep integration into the overall national innovation and development.
Dai Jianye, Director of the Macau Economic and Science and Technology Development Bureau, said in his speech that Macau SAR Government attaches great importance to promoting the development of the science and technology industry. In the next step, we will strengthen cooperation with Hengqin Cooperation Zone and other cities in the Greater Bay Area, and work together to promote the construction of the "Guangdong-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao Science and Technology Innovation Corridor" and integrate into the national innovation system.

During the keynote speech session, Li Youping, deputy director of the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, shared on the development of my country's innovation and entrepreneurship, the important progress made in international cooperation in innovation and entrepreneurship, and the main measures to promote innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation between the mainland and Macao in the future. Xie Yongqiang, Director of the Science and Technology Department of the Macau Economic and Science and Technology Development Bureau, introduced the development of Macau science and technology, the relevant policies and specific measures of the Macao SAR government to support scientific and technological development, and innovation and entrepreneurship.
In the park introduction session, relevant persons in charge of Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, Shenzhen High-tech Zone, Zhongshan Torch High-tech Zone, Jiangmen High-tech Zone and Zhaoqing High-tech Zone focused on the park's scientific and technological innovation and related policies.
During the exchange session, representatives of four companies from the Mainland and Macau shared their own entrepreneurial journeys and innovative achievements. Representatives from three incubation institutions from both places introduced specific measures, relevant cases and support policies to serve Macau youth innovation and entrepreneurship. At the
Forum, relevant institutions from the Mainland and Macau also held signing ceremony to lay a more solid foundation for jointly promoting innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation between the Mainland and Macau.
