Recently, the reporter came to the construction site of Qin'an Guoyu Automobile Industrial Park project and saw that the construction of the project is progressing steadily. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of December.
Qin'an Guoyu Automobile Industrial Park project is an investment promotion project of Qin'an County 2022 28th Lanjie Conference . It is invested and constructed by Hangzhou Tiansheng Automobile Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Gansu Tianhe Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. The project is located next to the Zhengchuan resettlement community in Xingguo Town. After the project is completed, it will form an automobile industry cluster area integrating automobile transactions, maintenance and service experience.
"The first phase of the project started on September 28, and the foundation excavation of Buildings 1 and 2 has been completed. Building 1 has completed independent foundations, and ground beams steel bar binding is being implemented, and independent support stations are being made and installed in Building 2. It is planned to complete the ground beams of Building 1 and 2 on November 15, and the steel bar installation is completed simultaneously on November 30." Wang Ruisheng, project manager of Qin'an Guoyu Automobile Industrial Park, told reporters.
It is understood that the total investment of the project is 150 million yuan. The automobile sales display area of the first phase project is about 4592.48㎡; the automobile repair area of the second phase project is about 4000㎡, the automobile parts area is about 1000㎡, the automobile beauty area is about 1000㎡, the employee dormitory and office area is about 2500㎡, and the vehicle management office, insurance business and supporting areas are about 1000㎡; the supporting parking lot (including charging pile supporting facilities) is about 10500㎡, and 350 parking spaces are planned. After the project is completed, it can enter 30 4S store companies, 87 automobile service companies, 20 automobile aftermarket companies, and 10 logistics companies, drive the development of more than 20 convenient service units, and provide 1,500 jobs. The sales service scope can radiate to Qingshui , Zhangchuan, Gangu , Zhuanglang , Jingning and other regions. At the same time, through industrial empowerment and incubation, a group of small and medium-sized enterprises (self-employed) will be driven to form new talent and industrial clusters, promote the consumption of bulk commodities, enhance trade activity, and help Qin'an to achieve "industrial and commercial revitalization".
