There will be more news in the next few days, which should have a good effect on in the A-share market. The news on the weekend is too big, so I won’t go into details. Today I will talk about two major benefits.
The first big good news is the adjustment of relevant regulations on listed companies' repurchase of their own companies' shares. The specific content will not be discussed in detail here, but the key points are discussed. The focus is: encourage listed companies to repurchase and increase their own shares.
China Securities Regulatory Commission: It plans to adjust the repurchase implementation conditions of newly listed companies from "listed for 1 year" to "listed for 6 months".
The second good news is that the CSRC plans to launch a major measure to attract foreign investment in A shares .
CSRC plans to launch another substantial policy to attract foreign investment in A-shares, that is, it is studying and formulating two policies for foreign investment to apply a specific short-term trading system. At present, the relevant ideas and measures have been basically clear, and relevant procedures are being implemented. When conditions are ripe, they will be announced and implemented in accordance with the law.
1A-share market sentiment rebounded this week, but considering that most investors are already in a heavy position, and some are still in a deep position. After a long period of decline, the sentiment has been in a state of sluggish for a long time. Although there has been a large rebound recently, most investors are more cautious and may consider choosing to sell and leave the market after the rebound.

In this case, the rebound market will be more difficult to maintain for a long time, or it will not rebound much, and it will start to fall and pull back. So judging from these two major positive news, it will have a good effect on the current sentiment of A-shares. However, the impact on short-term should not be big, and it is mainly beneficial to the long-term. Regarding the view of A-share trends next week, I still maintain what I said on Friday night. There is a high probability of a decline and correction next week, but it is only a repair correction, and the market will continue after the correction.
