It is estimated that gasoline and diesel will increase by 30 yuan/ton per ton, which is just within the range of oil prices stranded. Therefore, even when the oil price window is opened, oil prices will not rise or fall tonight.
According to the latest news of oil price adjustment, the refined oil price adjustment window will be stranded at 24:00 on October 10, 2022. As of the 10th working day, the crude oil change rate is 0.35%, maintaining a positive direction. Combined with the average international oil price, the conversion of gasoline and diesel is expected to increase by 30 yuan per ton. Because it fails to reach the price adjustment red line of 50 yuan/ton, the oil price will not be adjusted.
This round of oil prices failed to decline as expected, but it is always much better than the rise when stranded. It is expected that the raised oil prices will offset the next round of oil price adjustment. Due to the sharp rise in international oil prices, the next round of oil prices may open a window of upward adjustment, and daily oil price changes will be updated in time.
International oil prices, on October 10, after the international oil prices rose sharply, a slight decline occurred. London Brent crude oil was latest at US$97.44/barrel, down US$1; WTI crude oil was latest at US$92.23/barrel, down US$0.96; although US Blanc crude oil fell, the average price remained at a high of US$94/barrel, which is the gap from the recovery of domestic oil prices to the beginning of the year.
On October 5OPEC+ exceeded expectations for production cuts of 2 million barrels per day in the monthly meeting, the largest production cut since 2020 and is also the main driving force for this round of oil price increase.
Domestic oil prices, compared with the average price of the first 10 working days on October 10 and the average price of the first 10 working days on September 21, the price adjustment amount is less than 50 yuan per ton. According to Article 7 of the " Oil Price Management Measures ", the prices of gasoline and diesel will not be adjusted, and the unadjusted amount will be included in the next price adjustment to accumulate or offset.
