China International Import Expo has entered its fifth year this year, and stories about China International Import Expo are constantly happening, being interpreted, and being told.
Since its first session, the CIIE has served as a window to build a new development pattern, a carrier of high-level opening up, and a stage for multilateralism . The CIIE has promoted China’s connectivity with the world market, industry integration, innovation, and rules. The "Post-Exhibition Report on the Enterprise and Commercial Exhibition of the Fourth China International Import Expo" released at the beginning of this year showed that more than 2,900 companies from 127 countries and regions participated in the fourth CIIE, and the exhibition area reached a new high of 366,000 square meters, more than 280 Fortune Global 500 and industry leading companies participated in the exhibition; 422 representative new products, new technologies and new services were launched, including 88 global premieres; on-site transaction results were fruitful, with the intended transaction amount reaching US$70.72 billion on a one-year basis. .
In the five years since the CIIE was held, we have made every effort to promote international curation, comprehensive exhibition organization, professional exhibitions, and industry-specific exhibitions. The level of specialization has been further improved, the degree of internationalization has been further improved, and the display content has been further enriched.
The fifth CIIE will be held in Shanghai from November 5th to 10th this year.
