Leling Hongwei Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the small and micro business incubator park in Huangjia Town. It was founded in 2012 and covers an area of 30 acres with a total construction area of 18,000 square meters. It is made of premixed mortar and concrete. Modern Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd., which integrates the production and sales of structural components, non-burning bricks, and ultra-fine slag powder, as well as building materials and slag grinding sales, is a key enterprise of Huangjia Town and the first enterprise on the standard. Since its establishment, from the earliest mortar processing and sales, it has gradually realized technological transformation and expansion. So far, it has formed a scale with a total investment of 35 million yuan and an annual production capacity of 2 million tons. Among them, an additional 17 million yuan will be invested in 2020. According to industry policy requirements, domestic advanced mortar automation machinery and equipment have been introduced to complete the upgrade and transformation. In the past two years, the company attaches great importance to the introduction of high-end talents in the industry, and continues to develop new types of environmentally friendly building materials such as cement mortar. The self-developed "masonry mortar for autoclaved aerated concrete and plaster mortar" successfully obtained housing and urban and rural construction in Shandong Province Recognized as "new wall material energy-saving technology product" by the hall. According to the functional positioning of the small and micro entrepreneurial incubation park, Huangjia Town’s party committee and government have vigorously supported the growth and development of enterprises, implemented one-to-one package by the leadership team, followed up services, solved problems, and accelerated growth. At present, the company has nearly 100 employees, and its annual tax payment has increased significantly, playing a pivotal role in the economic and social development of Huangjia Town.
