Xiaomaipu Ecological Food Industrial Park is an ecological park that integrates industrial chain ecology, park function ecology, and park investment and incubation ecology in a multi-dimensional operation. The total investment of the project is 828 million yuan. It is planned to cover an area of 153.5 mu, with a building density of 47.56% and a floor area ratio of 1.015. It will mainly build standardized food production plants, intelligent production software and hardware supporting R&D centers, low-density park life supporting houses, and shared sewage treatment stations. After the construction of the project, according to the 10-year production period, it is estimated that the average annual operating income can reach 746 million yuan, the total annual profit of the project is 628 million yuan, the value-added tax is 17.83 million yuan, and the tax and surcharge are 1.78 million yuan. There are 80 new jobs in the operation service of the park, of which 40 are in shortage of senior technical management service personnel. After the factory is put into operation, it will recruit front-line laborers based on the surrounding areas of the project, and create about 1,000 new jobs. After the completion of the park, part of it will be self-operated and part of it will be leased. At present, there are 13 standardized factories of different types of food and 3 supporting service support centers. The construction period of the project is 18 months. The preparatory work will start in October 2021, and the construction will start in November 2021. It will be put into trial operation in January 2023, and will be officially put into operation in April 2023. By the end of 2021, it is planned to complete the foundation construction, backfill the foundation of the plot, detailed drawing design, and make sufficient preparations for the start of the main construction. At this stage, the enterprise development projects are simultaneously settled: 1. Dadong roast duck duck blank processing center , which is expected to process 3650 tons of prefabricated duck blanks, with an annual output value of 146 million yuan; 2. Lucky package production center, which is expected to process lucky buns annually 118.6 million other series of products, with an annual output value of 249.07 million yuan; 3. Yuguduo chain catering processing exclusive factory, with an estimated annual processing of 2.6 million packages of semi-finished products, with an annual output value of 105.75 million yuan; 4. Today’s convenience fresh food self-preparation factory, estimated annual processing The compound seasoning sauce is 680 tons, with an annual output value of 13.63 million yuan; 5. Mingchuan Beverage Factory is expected to process 18 million cups of tea beverages and an annual output value of 62 million yuan.
