With the theme of "Promoting Development", activities covering all 12 fields of trade in services were held, and a set of experience and practices for holding large-scale exhibition activities under the new situation was also formed.
Yan Ligang, deputy director of the Executive Committee Office of the 2021 Service Trade Fair and Director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, stated at the closing press conference of the Service Trade Fair today that the current service trade fair is still severe and complicated in the global epidemic situation. While the epidemic situation is still changing, the world's only national, international, comprehensive service trade exhibition held by my country is of great significance. The current service trade fair not only innovated the idea of organizing the conference, but also formed a set of experience and practices for holding large-scale exhibition activities under the new situation.
One is to initially explore the experience of "one meeting and two halls". Summits, comprehensive exhibitions and other activities were held at the National Convention Center, 15 exhibition halls and 21 meeting venues were reconstructed in the Shougang Park, and 94,000 square meters of special exhibitions and forum meetings and side events supporting the special topics were held. The two venues uniformly use a set of VI visual image and a set of security inspection system to strengthen the traffic connection between the two venues and realize the effective interaction between the two venues.
The second is to form a more mature epidemic prevention and control and safety protection experience. Establish a dynamic risk assessment mechanism, organize public health experts to continuously carry out epidemic risk assessment, dynamically adjust epidemic prevention and control work plans and emergency plans, formulate epidemic prevention and control guidelines for different personnel, and put forward prevention and control requirements in a targeted manner. Set up smart terminals at the entrance of the venue to check vaccination, nucleic acid detection, health code and check body temperature; the flow of people is controlled, the audience makes an online appointment in advance, and the group visits are implemented in batches. An epidemic prevention and control commissioner and an epidemic prevention and control inspection inspector are set up in the venue. Epidemic prevention and control and security are carried out simultaneously. Various technical prevention methods have been adopted to increase the supervision and inspection of various epidemic prevention and security measures, and multiple measures have been taken to ensure "zero infection" and "safe security" of the service trade fair.
Yan Ligang finally said that serving customers and promoting cooperation as the foundation, and organizing with higher standards, will make the Service Trade Fair better and better.
