This time, Lianjiang County has started 14 major projects with a total investment of 30.09 billion yuan. One of the provincial projects is Fuzhou Modern Logistics City (Phase I). The 13 municipal projects are Lianjiang Xiaocheng Binhai Lanshan Health Care Project, Rainbow Performing Arts E-commerce Industrial Park Project, Kelin Green Building Materials Distribution Center Project, Fuzhou Modern Logistics City New Town Supporting Road Foundation Project (Phase I), Haihuan Waste Asphalt Recycling Project Regeneration Technology Industrial Base Project, Jubao Environmental Protection Special Equipment Manufacturing Project, Ruifeng Refrigeration Storage and Transportation Project, Lianjiang Xinbo Food Equipment Production Project, Lianjiang Intelligent High-end Textile Fabric Production Project, Gui'an Hot Spring Tourist Resort Visitor Center, Gui'an Red Culture Project, Fuzhou Fuzhou Nursing Home Construction Project, Lianjiang County X131 County Road Chiwan to Baisheng Road Section Expansion Project.
It is reported that the Fuzhou Modern Logistics City (Phase I) project, which started this time, has a total investment of 24.99 billion yuan and a total construction area of 33.6959 million square meters. It will build industrial plants, urban living rooms, business buildings, comprehensive trading centers, and Danjiang, Dangang, Dangui, New 104 National Road and other road networks and related ancillary facilities. The project will strive to become the gateway of Haisi international logistics channel, an important carrier of national logistics hub , a logistics distribution center in the southeast region, and a demonstration model of modern smart logistics.
At the same time, three projects including Rainbow Performing Arts E-commerce Industrial Park, Kelin Green Building Materials Distribution Center, and New Town Supporting Road Foundation Project (Phase 1) in Fuzhou Modern Logistics City also started.
Among them, Rainbow Performing Arts E-commerce Industrial Park project has a total construction area of 39,000 square meters. It will build a global logistics distribution center to build a new enterprise e-commerce value chain; the Kelin Green Building Materials Distribution Center project plans to build an efficient, professional and intelligent Green building materials distribution base; Xincheng supporting road foundation project (Phase 1) includes Xincheng South Road (1.63 kilometers in total length, with a design speed of 30km/h), Xianghe Road (about 0.75 kilometers in total length, with a design speed of 20km/h), Lanyun Road Road (the total length is about 1.11 kilometers, the design speed is 30km/h) and other projects.
In addition, 10 projects including Lianjiang Xiaocheng Binhai Lanshan Health Care, Lianjiang Intelligent High-end Textile Fabric Production, and Gui'an Red Culture Project have started construction, mainly focusing on blue economy , red resources , and green development.
In terms of the construction of "Fuzhou on the Sea", the Xiaocheng Binhai Lanshan Rehabilitation Project plans to build a seaside medical care center, an international rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment hospital, a Chinese medicine physiotherapy rehabilitation base, and an athlete rehabilitation medical institution, etc. A health and wellness cultural project that integrates life and promotes rural revitalization.
In terms of the development of red resources, the Gui'an Red Culture Project will build the exhibition hall of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army's North Anti-Japanese Advance Team before "July 1st", and set up the exhibition hall of "Being in danger, marching into Fujian , traversing the west of Zhejiang, moving to Zhejiang, Anhui and Jiangxi, falling into Encirclement, rebirth from ashes, " six major sections, to create a new position for the study and education of party history.
