In 2022, the Municipal Urban Development Group implemented 77 projects and preliminary projects, included 50 non-industrial plans in the city, 24 included in the "Project Tough Year", 17 projects in Linhai City's "Decisive Battle Fourth Quarter" and 13 projects in Taizhou City's "Four Batches" projects. This year's full-scope project expenditure (including policy processing and currency resettlement) is expected to be 9.35 billion yuan.
Taizhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone
Taizhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone is close to Toutumengang Station of Jintai Railway, with a total land area of 1.77 square kilometers. It is the only special open area in Taizhou City with the highest form. It has five major functional sections: port operation area, bonded processing area, bonded logistics area, bonded service area and comprehensive service area.
At present, the national acceptance projects such as the first phase of the comprehensive service center and the port operation area, patrol channel and fence project, and the customs intelligent supervision information project have been completed and are waiting for acceptance.

351 National Highway Linhai Shaojiadu to Bai The Shuiyang Section Reconstruction Project (Phase I) is the largest and highest-level national and provincial highway project in Linhai history. The total investment is 5.005 billion yuan. The main line is 20.3 kilometers long. The Datian Connection Line is simultaneously built, with a length of 4.95 kilometers, totaling 25.3 kilometers. It passes through Shaojiadu Street , Datian Street , Gucheng Street and Yongfeng Town . After the project is completed, the national and provincial roads and urban road network structure will be further improved, effectively shortening the time and space distance from the urban area to the west.
currently has a total investment of 850 million yuan, with a cumulative image progress of 19%. Recently, all tunnels have entered blasting construction, and the pile foundation of the water platform of Shifengxi Bridge has begun construction.
Fulong Bridge Project
Fulong Bridge Project is the 6th bridge across Lingjiang in Linhai City. It is a provincial and municipal key construction project and a key livelihood project in our city. The total investment is about 1.1 billion yuan and is planned to be completed and opened to traffic in March 2023. After the completion of the Fulong Bridge project, it will become the main channel connecting the ocean and the Jiangnan , effectively alleviating the traffic pressure in urban areas.
At present, pile foundation, bearing platform, pier column and guide bridge cover beams have been basically completed; 10 sets of cast-in-place box beams have been completed; 15,100 tons of steel box beams have been installed, accounting for 56% of the total project volume; 25% of the bridge deck paving, and 78% of the anti-collision guardrail have been completed.
Linhai Hudong Block

shan District (urban village) ml2 Linhai City Hudong Block (Daluwang, Weixi, Weichuan) Shantytown (urban village) renovation phase I project is a key project in Taizhou City and a "Red Flag" project with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan and a total construction area of about 278,000 square meters. It mainly consists of 17 new residential buildings, as well as commercial housing, property housing, elderly care service housing, grassroots community housing, transformed into distribution rooms, public toilets, kindergartens, cultural auditoriums and other supporting rooms. The project has been completed and accepted, and 1,733 villagers have been resettled on-site.
Linhai Eastern Plain Drainage Project (Phase I)
Linhai Eastern Plain Drainage Project (Phase I) has a total investment of 398 million yuan, 8 rivers are managed, and the total length of the treatment is 32.26 kilometers. 9 new (renovated) sluice gates, 1 anti-seepage reinforcement gate, and 8 new bridges are built. After the project is completed, the drainage capacity of Duqiao and Shangpan Town will be formed once in 20 years to meet the planning and development needs of the eastern block.
At present, a total investment of 202.2 million yuan has been completed and 83 million yuan has been completed this year. The first, second and third sections have been accepted. 50% of the projects in the fourth section have been completed, the fifth and sixth sections have been basically completed, and the seventh sections have been built and constructed.

Zhejiang Toutemgang Economic Development Zone Yinxia Zijing Apartment (Enterprise Talent Apartment) project, with a total investment of approximately 273 million yuan and a total construction area of 76,000 square meters. It mainly builds a new 15-story hotel, 9 15-18-story residential buildings and 356 apartments. After the project is completed and put into use, it will effectively solve the housing problems of corporate talents and other groups, and establish a landmark image for the construction of Taizhou Bay Economic and Technological Development Zone.
At present, the main structure has been basically completed, and the secondary structure masonry has been completed by 60%. It is expected to be completed and put into use on April 5, 2024.
Comprehensive Management Project of Ecological Environment in Abandoned Mining
Comprehensive Management Project of Ecological Environment in Abandoned Mining, the Municipal Chengfa Group has completed a total of 52 project governance tasks across the city, with a total investment of approximately 160 million yuan. This year, it has undertaken a total of 10 abandoned mines in the city, of which 4 are environmental protection inspection and rectification projects, with a total investment of about 70 million yuan. All work acceptance has been completed. Through comprehensive means such as restoring the ecological environment and eliminating safety hazards, the Group has implemented comprehensive rectification of abandoned mines across the city. The repair and upgraded abandoned mine resources have become a new highlight of the city's ecological environment.
