"Sitan Semiconductor" is the chip design base of Sitan Technology's Micro-LED Phase I mass production line invested in Xiamen . focuses on the design of the third-generation semiconductor optoelectronic chip, silicon-based CMOS driver chip design and slit , which will truly realize the complete closed loop of Micro-LED from design to slit, from pilot to mass production.
Sitan Technology has also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with four companies: Wingtech Technology , Longli Technology, Sunny Optics, and Nader Optics.
IT Home learned that Stan Semiconductor's R&D achievements in recent years include: green, blue and red monochrome Micro-LED display modules with screen sizes of 0.13-0.7 inches and up to 10,000 PPI, more than ten exhibits including green, blue and red monochrome Micro-LED AR glasses, Micro-LED vehicle HUD.
At the same time, its first 0.18-inch Micro-LED single-screen full-color display module and Micro-LED single-screen full-color AR glasses solution equipped with this specification module were exhibited at the ceremony. Compared with the existing prototype products on the market, this AR glasses solution can increase the field of view by nearly 40% under the same optical machine. At the same time, the screen brightness reaches more than 10,000 nits, which is also the highest brightness level that can be achieved among single-screen full-color products on the market.
In the past, Sitan Technology has fully implemented the technical route on the pilot line and achieved small batch shipments to downstream customers. With the implementation of Xiamen's monochrome and full-color mass production lines, Sitan Technology will further improve the capacity of Micro-LED , yield and reliability, fully meet the application needs of downstream customers, and aim for mass production and commercialization.
