I am a sports enthusiast. I like running, playing football, boxing, climbing, swimming, fitness and other activities that involve movement. This year I also made a full-year plan to run more than 1,000 kilometers.
As we all know, after the epidemic was relaxed in December last year, almost everyone was positive. There were only three people I knew who were positive, one was asymptomatic, and the rest were all spared. After Yang Kang, various experts and doctors recommend supplementing protein , eating more nutritious food; recommending how long you can't take a bath after becoming positive; recommending how long you can't do strenuous exercise, etc. Especially the elderly at home who watched various short videos and told me every day not to take a bath or do strenuous exercise. At first, I also read the advice of some experts and doctors, saying that strenuous exercise should not be done for a week after Yang Kang, and I thought it made sense. When I arrived at the old man's home, the recommended time limit changed from one week to two weeks, and finally to three months without exercise. This was a bit unbearable, so I decided to give it a try myself.
I had new coronavirus symptoms on December 15. The tests for the first two days were negative, and on the third day I tested two lines. In fact, the fever only lasted a day and night, followed by a cough, phlegm, and throat discomfort. There were no other symptoms. It lasted until the 24th. After two negative tests, I was considered completely recovered. During this period, I actually had no fever and no pain all over my body, so I started exercising and taking a bath. (At the beginning, no experts came out and said that bathing and exercise were not allowed.) But it was mainly jogging indoors, at a very low pace, 9 minutes at the beginning and about 8 minutes at the end. At that time, maybe because I was running too slowly, I didn’t feel much. Generally speaking, the intensity of indoor running is too low and cannot be used as a reference.
As I was busy with work a few years ago, I never ran outdoors. When I was free, I ran indoors at low speed. I feel that the data of indoor sports watches is not accurate. Just in time for the Chinese New Year, I started running from New Year's Eve until today, the fourth day of the Lunar New Year, and ran four ten kilometers in five days.
These four times were all outdoor runs, just like the previous runs, so they are for reference. These four experiences were indeed different. When I ran for the first time, that is, when I ran on the 21st, I felt like my heart was blocked, my breathing was not very smooth, and my breathing rate was a bit high. Drawing on the experience of running on New Year’s Day, I kept my ears up and my eyes wide open. I looked at heart rate and then looked at When I checked my heart rate, I was worried that my heart rate would explode ((220-age) is the upper limit, and it should be kept at (220-age)*80%). When I finally ran down, the pace was 6'29s, the average heart rate was 156 beats/minute, and the maximum heart rate was 165 beats/minute. Before I became pregnant, my heart rate remained around 140 at a 10-kilometer pace of 6 and a half minutes. For the first time, my heart rate was 16 beats higher than before.
The next day, the first day of the Lunar New Year, was sunny and warm as spring, suitable for running. I ran again in the afternoon. This time I felt better than last time. The pace was 6'35 s, the average heart rate was 151 beats/minute, and the maximum heart rate was 160 beats/minute. This run was better than the last time. The average heart rate dropped by 5 times and was 11 times higher than before Weiyang.
I went to see "Traffic Earth 2" on the second day of junior high school, but I didn't run away. I continued running in the third grade of junior high school. This time the running pace was still 6'34s, and I felt that my heart was not as blocked or tight as before, and my breathing rate had also dropped a bit. This time, the average heart rate was 146 beats/minute, and the maximum was 157 beats/minute. The average heart rate dropped another 5 beats/minute. At that time, I was thinking that the heart rate dropped every time, which meant that the body's functions were improving every time. I'll run it again tomorrow to see if it still works.
So, I will continue running today and see the results. After running 10 kilometers, the pace was 6'36s/minute. The average heart rate is 145 beats and the maximum is 152 beats. The average heart rate dropped again by 1 beat, and the maximum heart rate dropped by 5 beats. There is still a gap of 5 seconds from the heart rate before Weiyang, but it is close. And when I ran this time, I took the initiative to pay attention to the endurance of my body. Although my heart still felt not completely smooth, my breathing was slower than the previous times. My body was a little tired. It may be because of running for several days in a row, the cumulative fatigue of my body reached a certain level.
These four outdoor running experiments show that you can neither stay completely still nor wait for your body to fully recover. If you just eat without exercising, your weight may increase to a level that you wouldn't believe in three months. You can’t exercise vigorously right from the start (to be honest, you can’t do it vigorously even if you want to at first). You should do it step by step, and through exercise, you can gradually regain your previous physical condition. There is an older brother in the running group who runs more than ten kilometers every day, and also runs a half marathon from time to time. On the first day of the first month of , , he ran a full marathon at a pace of more than 5 minutes and 30 minutes. It was obvious that he had fully recovered. Therefore, in the end, it is recommended that life lies in movement. You should still move and gradually return to normal according to your body's adaptability. You cannot wait and take the initiative. You should take the initiative in your own hands.
As long as you run, everything is fine! I hope more and more friends will take action, and I hope all my friends will be healthy!
