Led by Off-White™’s new image and artistic director Ibrahim Kamara, creators challenge recreation while passing on the line and continue to explore the future. It is gratifying that based on the inheritance of Off-White™'s consistent artistic temperament and pioneering design genes, they used their infinite imagination to define a new color on this show.
This series is a "celebration" for Virgil Abloh and his experience. Creators gathered together to propose inspiration about what luxury goods are and its derivative potential, eager to present the performance on this show from a new perspective. "The more I go into this series, the more I feel it is a celebration. Virgil has started the work of this series before, and we have made some adjustments to continue Virgil's intentions to pay tribute to and celebrate Virgil's creation and design." In terms of color presentation, Off-White™ continues the iconic electric blue color, which is also Virgil's favorite color. In the material style concept, it is to achieve a "balance" in seemingly opposite traits, such as hardness and softness, exposedness and conservatism. For example, the Bodycon knitted dress blends technical yarn with soft cashmere, heavy Japanese denim and leather with soft silk transparent hard yarn, chiffon silk, etc. The entire look, the neckline extends to the corner of the mouth to provide a sense of unity.
