This film is an original animated story about a young artist named Jabbarri (voiced by Mescudi) trying to balance love and success. Finding the latter brings Jabbarri one step closer to the former, and when moving into his dream apartment, he meets his new neighbor - the photographer beauty Medo (voiced by Jessica Williams).
"Love Leaping the Starry Sky" combines art, music and fashion elements. The film was originally a music animation collection created by for Kid Cudi. It is also the "visual album" of his album of the same name. It was originally intended to be presented in the form of a series, but when Netflix was broadcast, it chose to merge it all to form a 94-minute animated film.
Jabari is a street artist. Because his works are famous, he was signed by a comic company to start serializing his own comic works. He also started to make a fortune because of his career, moved to his dream New York apartment, and unexpectedly met his neighbor Meadow, who lives next door. The two started to have a lunch and started to have various romantic dates, and finally quickly became a couple. However, under a misunderstanding, Meadow thought Jabari was still in contact with his ex-girlfriend Carmen, and their relationship instantly dropped to freezing point.
