China IP BANK Award
Lingshi IP Banke is a national radio, television and network audio-visual industry development project library project. 1. The top ten new animations of the year IP
IP copyright registration time within 5 years, the domestic original animation IP image with full popularity in terms of emoticon package download and use, Weibo topics or fans, and other traffic forms.
2. Top ten commercial authorization projects of the year
genuine IP copyright in the entertainment, catering, hotel, tourism and other industries, including authorized animation derivatives such as toys, clothing, beverages, shoes and socks, stationery, models, etc.
3. Top 10 IP joint projects of the year

① The China IP BANK Award is collected through dual channel paths of prefecture-level network and Youku Children's official website. The participating works can be uploaded on the relevant solicitation page.
②The organizing committee has the right to use the works participating in the China IP BANK Award for publicity, promotion, marketing and other activities. Registered participants shall agree to authorization. These terms are not subject to the period of participation in the evaluation.

Review method
consists of two parts: online voting and expert review, among which online voting accounts for 40% of the total score, and expert review accounts for 60% of the total score. The members of the jury are composed of industry association leaders, industry experts, authorized industry representatives, etc.

Online voting rules
The public conducts online voting through Youku Children, and each WeChat account is limited to 3 votes per day.
In order to ensure the fairness, justice and openness of the activities, safeguard the rights and interests of each user participating in the voting, and prevent malicious vote swiping and other illegal acts, if the system finds that the user uses improper means to swipe the votes, the organizer has the right to clear the invalid voting and reserve the right to cancel the election work depending on the situation.
