Light novel "Welcome to the Classroom of Supremacy of Strength" was written by Kinugasa Akigo and illustrated by Tomoyo Shunsaku. It was published and distributed by MF Bunko J in May 2015. So far, the cumulative circulation has been exceeded 6 million units. The work takes "What is true strength and true equality?" as the theme, describing a new school apocalypse. The TV animation adapted from this work is produced by Lerche, with Seiji Kishi and Hiroyuki Hashimoto as directors, and the character designer is Kazuaki Morita. Chiba Shoya , Kito Akari , Yurika Kubo, M·A·O, Taketatsu Ayana, Aisaka Ryota and other voice actors participated in the dubbing of this work. The first issue of the TV animation was broadcast in July 2017, with a total of 12 talk. On February 21, 2022, the production decision for the second phase of the animation was announced. The second phase of the animation will be broadcast on July 4, 2022, and 1 episode has been broadcast so far.
