Not only that, but SM also promised that fans will return with a new look. The building contains 4 floors underground to 10 floors above ground, and will have hotel facilities and performance venues. It’s just that the closure of Seoul and the opening of the new museum in the more remote Changwon city also attracted dissatisfaction from many fans, and they expressed disappointment, "What should I do when I want to see idols" and "My Messy Mecca Goodbye," another group of fans said frankly that "No matter how far they are, they will still support it."
