The competent department of the disease control agency's new coronavirus nucleic acid testing fee is the Provincial Health Commission, which is collected by disease control agencies at all levels. The disease control agency's new crown virus nucleic acid test fee belongs to the government's non-tax revenue (provincial administrative fee item), and no unit or individual may arbitrarily reduce or exempt or rely on it.
