Recently, the "China-Africa Love" (Season 3) - Chinese Movie Africa Tour officially kicked off. More than ten excellent Chinese film works in 5 languages will meet local audiences through mainstream media in 14 African countries.
This screening event was jointly launched by China Central Radio and Television Corporation, Uganda State Television, Kenya State Broadcasting Corporation, Burundi State Radio and Television, Madagascar State Television and other mainstream media in African countries. In recent years, China's achievements in poverty alleviation have attracted much attention in Africa. Media such as Uganda , Kenya , Rwanda have regarded the movie "Zebadong Village" as its premiere film.
After watching the video, Uganda National Television Director Winston Akoba said that the efforts and hardships the villagers in the film "Eighteen Cave Village" have been impressive to get rid of poverty and their determination and enthusiasm to live a good life.
"China-Africa Love" (Season 3) - China Film Africa Tour Collection includes 17 excellent Chinese film works with the theme of poverty alleviation, people's life, youth entrepreneurship, and traditional culture, and are translated into English, French, Swahili, Hausa , and Arabic 5 languages. African audiences can enjoy excellent Chinese film works dubbed in their native language without leaving their homes.
Since last year, China Central Radio and Television Station has launched two seasons of the "China-Africa Love" Chinese film and television program screening activities, telling China's stories to Africa, and reaching nearly 500 million African audiences in total.
