97 AD -- The future Queen Emma gave birth to Renilla Targaryen .
In Martin's book, Renilla's birth year was in 97 AD. We are very sure that "The Dragon Family" insists on using this year to determine that she was 14 years old when she opened the show.
Renilla is the only living child Emma and Viserys. Her mother continued to try to have a baby, but later experienced miscarriage or stillbirth in each pregnancy.
101 AD - The old king Jehris convened a grand parliament to decide who will inherit Iron Throne .
In the cold opening of "The Dragon Family", we hear Princess Renella (voiced by actor Emma Darcy) explaining the prelude to her direct family rule Westeros.
She explained that King Jehris had ruled for 60 years and the peace of the kingdom lasted for 60 years, but his own oldest sons, Emon and Belon, died unfortunately in the past decade. This left him without a direct heir.
The two most prominent candidates to inherit the Iron Throne are his grandsons, Viserys and Reness.
"Jerhiris convened the Grand Parliament to prevent wars in the fight for his inheritance, because he knew a cruel fact: the only one who could destroy the Dragon Family was itself," said Renilla's voiceover.
Parliament voted to elect Viseris (he was Jehris' youngest son and Beron's son) as the heir to the throne.
*101 AD--Emma experienced a stillbirth shortly after Viserys was appointed heir to the Iron Throne.
In the scene where her husband Viseris was chosen as the heir to the Iron Throne, the play does not specify which child Emma was pregnant with. But we do know that when the plot jumped forward for about a decade, she said she had experienced five birth failures over the past decade.
103 AD - Jehris died and his grandson Viserys became king.
In Blood and Fire, King Jehris died in 103 AD, two years after he convened the parliament to select his heirs.
King Viserys was crowned and ascended the Iron Throne in the same year. Given that his only child is a 5-year-old girl, he is under a lot of pressure to choose a new heir.
112 AD - Queen Emma died during childbirth, and her child Bellon also died on the same day.
After the opening of the "Dragon Family" pilot drama, the drama tells us that time has jumped to 9 years after King Viserys was crowned.
This means that Emma's death and Viserys's confirmation that Renela appointed her heirs both took place around 112 AD. Millie Alkirk and (playing young Renilla and Alisonte respectively) told Insider that their characters are both 14 years old at the beginning of the series, which coincides with their birth in the late 1st century AD.
113 AD - Six months after Emma's death, King Viserys decided to remarry.
When Alice was about 14 or 15 years old, King Viserys chose her as his second wife.
The little council has been urging Viserys to engage his young second cousin, the daughter of Princess Renes and Lord Corris Villarion. Lena Villarion is a 12-year-old girl who had not yet begun her adolescence.
Veserys believes that his daughter's best friend - the young girl who has been with him through grief after his wife's death - is a better choice.
116 AD -- Three years after Viserys announced his intention to marry Alicente, they became husband and wife and their second child was about to be born.
In episode 3, King Viserys mentioned that it has been three years since Prince Damon left King Landing and joined forces with Lord Corris to fight in the infantry battalion.This means Alisonte is about 18 now, and Renella is 17 (also about to be 18).
Alicente's eldest son Aegon II just turned two in this episode. It seems that Alicente will give birth to a second child at any time. This means that Viserys got her pregnant shortly after they got married three years ago.
