When a story is not finished, you need a sequel to complete it.
However, if you think your movie series can make a big profit at the box office every time with a sequel, it's a big mistake.
Some filmmakers need to realize that nothing is worse than the first one, shot. While the second one sometimes succeeds, the third one is less attractive for many film series.
The following are 20 series of movies that should be stopped after the first sequel:
1. "Mummy" series 
"Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor" is a poorly written film that lacks the Egyptian charm of the first two "Mummy".
2. "Shrek" series
"Shrek 3" is particularly disappointing because it lacks charm, does not have good songs, and does not have new characters. There is nothing more exciting than the second part!
3. " Ghost Chasing the Soul "
After the second part, all the " Ghost Chasing the Soul " movies are basically brainless entertainment programs.
Due to lack of creativity, this movie has been bombarded with thunderousness since the third part.
4. " The Little Imperial "
Mccaulley Kalkin Everything changed when I grew up.
After "Home Imposses 2: New York Embarrassment", the plot became repeated, and the third part was defeated miserably.
5. "Ghost Baby Returns to the Soul"
This fairy tale will end forever after the first two parts. The third part loses its charm when Andy grows up.

When the third part is designated PG-13 instead of R, its full attraction disappears.
7. " Hurricane Rescue "
Hurricane Rescue 3 Make Hurricane Rescue 2 look like Hurricane Rescue 1.
8. "The Adams Family"
They changed all the actors in the third part, and it felt different.

The third part was watched because this is the last live character of Robin Williams .
10. The plot of "The Godfather"
" Godfather 3" has become complicated and chaotic. Despite a good story, it doesn't execute well.

They are still making a sequel, but they should stop after the second part.
12. "Robot Men" series
" Robot Men 3" lost the good reputation won by the "Robot Men" series.
Part 3 is filled with fragmented storylines, unreliable effects and ridiculous force robots.

"Fast and Furious " may be the biggest example on this list, as long as they do practical things, it will be interesting. This doesn't happen again after the first two parts.
14. "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles"
From electronic animation to plot, everything in the third part of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" has gone bad.
15. "Terminator"
