Today I watched an online movie "The Warriors Company of Flying to Capture Luding Bridge", which truly restored my Red Army on the Long March under the siege of the Kuomintang. At the critical moment of life and death, Red Fourth Regiment received the order to rush overnight, marched 240 miles day and night, climbed chains and crossed the river with guns and fire, and successfully captured the historical feat of Luding Bridge . After reading it, I thought a lot in my heart and was moved by the revolutionary spirit of self-sacrifice of my ancestors. Our soldiers are so cute and fearless in the face of sacrifice. In fact, many of them were still children in that era. They embarked on the revolutionary path for their faith, and some sacrificed their lives for the revolution early.
After the Red Fourth Regiment fought against Luding Bridge, the troops continued to fight forward. The names of the twenty-two warriors did not have time to write them down. Later, on the Long March, most of their comrades died one after another. According to the latest verification, among the 22 warriors who captured Luding Bridge, there are currently 8 warriors whose names can be confirmed: Liao Dazhu, Wang Haiyun, Li Youlin, Liu Jinshan, Liu Zihua , Zhao Changfa, Yang Tianming, Yunnan and Guichuan, and 4 of them have photos: Li Youlin, Liu Zihua, Yang Tianming and Liu Jinshan.
A line in the play is shocking, "If you fail, tomorrow will no longer belong to us."
Just like now, if we fail, will tomorrow still belong to us? Some people really need to think about it seriously.
For our heroic predecessors, we cannot forget them. Forgeting them means betrayal. On the new journey, we must continue their spirit and steps, for victory, for future generations, and for our future.
