On February 24, 2021, the Chinese government announced that in 2021, 384 colleges and universities in the mainland will recruit students from Taiwan. 261 more than 123 in 2020.
1. In 2020, 123 colleges and universities in 18 provinces and cities in the Mainland will recruit students from Taiwan.

Second, Taiwan high school graduates who have achieved "average grade" or above in any one of the subjects of the Chinese, mathematics, and English exam in 2021 can apply for the exam.
Third, the admissions brochures for mainland colleges and universities for Taiwan will be released at the end of February and March.
Fourth, the form of the exam, either online or offline, depends on the epidemic situation.
Fifth, the arrangements for taking the mainland college entrance examination, the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas Chinese joint entrance examinations, and the independent admissions examinations for colleges and universities remain unchanged.
