However, from growth to maturity, different lives begin to appear. During this period, most of the experiences you still have no way to control. Whether it is fatalism or luck, your personal abilities come from the genes and acquired education of your original family. Few are born with talent. Therefore, only by accepting the misfortune in front of you can you get better experience, and only hardships can make you stronger.
is the bottom when you are at a low point. On the surface, this is your misfortune, but in fact it is the beginning of your tempering, so it is an opportunity and the beginning of Nirvana and rebirth, but the premise is that you must stand up, even if you have to "one leg", you must stand up.
Calm your heart, don’t be nostalgic for the people and things in the past, and face your current self. Put all favors, property, credit, status, even if your wife, children, and children, aside. There is nothing more sorrow than death in the heart. Giving up and falling into depravity is the greatest sorrow. As long as your heart is alive and your body is not crushed, this is the beginning of your rebirth.
says this because I am also in a deep trough, but now I am constantly walking out of that purgatory time. I have complained, hated, regretted and even fell into depravity. I was once on the verge of hell, with seven-digit debt in entrepreneurship, lost everything, divorced my wife and children, and left my hometown... So today I am talking about these are my personal feelings, and I hope it will be helpful to the grassroots people who are in a deep trough like me.
From today, as long as you do these five things well, you will definitely change the experience in front of you to make a comeback.
First, eat well
People are iron rice and steel. No matter how anxious, fearful, and your heart is ashamed, remember that you are not you, the body is your real world, and you are anxious and panic-hearted, you are just you in the spiritual world. If you don’t treat your body well, and in the end you will not even have the capital to support your spiritual self, how can you live?
From morning to evening, three meals a day must be "feeded" when you are still unmoved, and it is best to make it yourself. The body is used for my use. Don’t think that feeding it for nothing is natural. You also have to ask it to help us do things, from cooking, washing clothes, and handling human relationships for us. So you not only have to "feed" it well, but you can’t let it go and make things wrong. The morning is mainly light. I usually get up at half past six, turn on the egg boiling, hot milk or soy milk maker as soon as possible, and then bread. I’m a little too busy cooking porridge. I just finished washing up and went out at eight o’clock without delaying my time working. Lunch with meat and vegetables, dinner with 70% full. If you are busy and unable to go home to cook, you should also pay attention to business combination when eating outside, and do not be too greasy and irritating. Second, Sleep well
After hundreds of millions of years of evolution, our bodies have not yet been perfected to be as powerful as aliens in science fiction films. Therefore, we must maintain this "biological machine" daily. Sleep has been proven to be the best measure. We will repair all damaged and atrophic cells and toxins excreted by the body through sleep to ensure that we can face the challenges of the new day more fully and healthily. The range of 22:30 to 6:30 the next day is our excellent maintenance time. Don’t stay up late. Once there is a problem with your sleep, all your rhythm will be disrupted, especially your mental state will become worse.
Third. Use time
There is no equality in this world, but one thing is equal, that is, in the face of time. In the dimension of time, there is no distinction between power and high and low. So we need to make reasonable use of time. Here I suggest that you make a schedule of work and rest. The more detailed the better. If conditions do not allow, at least the time to get up, sleep and eat must be listed and taken into action. After you make good use of your time, you will find that your sense of control over the present and even the future is becoming more and more obvious. The so-called anxiety and fear will disappear bit by bit, and your heart will become stronger and more confident. This is a personal experience. Fourth, stick to exercise
No matter how brilliant the past is, maybe the lights and wine are bright every day, and the wine is mixed with wine. Or maybe it’s hard work, but it’s definitely not being treated well by yourself, and your body has suffered a lot with you. Fortunately, we still have enough time to rest and find a sports event, running, skipping rope, , lifting iron, push-ups, curls, squats, and plank support. In short, you must do it alone, don’t find a partner. What you need most at this time is to be alone and repair yourself. Remember, either don’t do it. If you do it, you must persist, otherwise your heart will not be able to bear the pain of self-denial again. Exercise at least three times a week. It is best to do it the next day, step by step, and start the three-month period to perform quantitatively. You might as well read a paper book in your spare time. In short, put aside mobile entertainment, within half a year, your self-confidence will increase exponentially. I believe this is true.
Fifth, do the job you are good at and keep looking for opportunities
The old man said: Don’t be afraid of slowness, but afraid of station. Sharpening a knife will not delay the chopping of wood. Once you move, you are moving forward. Being confident will not solve the practical problems. Not to mention anything else, at least you have to eat. How can there be free meals in the world? While doing things, look for breakthroughs. It is true that you fell, but while you do these five things, it means that you have stood up and are still moving forward, and there will naturally be a chance to appear around you. While doing the work in front of you, you can use your past connections and various resources to constantly find a way out. Gradually, you will find that it is true that this is true that I am born to be useful.

I have an experience. Maybe someone will be disdainful to me when I say it, but it helps me a lot. When I was at my most difficult time and had no choice, I always thought that since there was no way, maybe this was the way God gave me. Such a road may be full of thorns, but those who can carry it and walk out are great people. As the saying goes, no road is a road. For this reason, I have been to the hospital's special care unit, to the funeral home, and to the prison gate. Whenever I feel unfortunate and feel so low, I will think of those people lying on the hospital bed with tubes and moaning. They know that they don’t have much time and even breathing is a luxury. Thinking of those deceased who were instantly wiped out by the 800-degree high temperature, they no longer have the chance to favor this world. I think of the sinners who are locked in a cage without personal freedom. They are also humans, with ideals and expectations, but at this moment, it is unattainable to be able to walk freely on the side of the road.
Compared to them, if you still feel unfortunate, it only means that you are not desperate and will no longer be in the trough.
