3. Each township conducts on-site review of the candidate's qualification conditions and the first round of written test scores. Only after passing the qualification review can you participate in the second round of recruitment.

4. Registration is subject to a notification and commitment system. Candidates should truthfully fill out the "Chongming District 2022 Community Worker Second Round Public Recruitment Registration Form". Candidates are committed and responsible for the personal information they fill in. If they do not meet the application requirements or the information they fill in is incorrect or incomplete, the candidates themselves shall bear the consequences.

3. Examination method and content

2. About qualification review. Each township is responsible for reviewing the qualifications of candidates who pass the written test and enter the interview scope according to the prescribed ratio. On-site review is adopted, and candidates will carry relevant certificates and materials for review as required. The candidates shall be informed by each township to the specific time, location, submission of materials for the qualification review.

If the qualification conditions meet the requirements, enter the interview; if the qualification conditions do not meet the requirements, the interview qualification will be cancelled and the candidates will be notified in writing by each township. If candidates have objections to the qualification review results, they may submit a review application to the District Civil Affairs Bureau within 2 days from the date of receiving the notice of the qualification review results. The District Civil Affairs Bureau will make an answer or deal with it after review. If the application for review is not submitted within the deadline, it shall be deemed to be no objection.

3. About the interview. The interview candidates shall be sorted from high to low scores according to the ratio of 1:3 for the number of people recruited in the position, from 1:3 for the number of candidates recruited in the position, from high to low scores; if the interview candidates are less than 1:3 for the ratio of interview candidates, they shall be determined according to the number of people passing the position’s written test.

Interview time, location, and documents and materials that must be brought are notified by each township. Candidates are requested to keep communication open. Candidates who have not entered the interview will no longer be notified separately. The interview results will be announced on Chongming Talent Network within 5 working days after the interview, and candidates will check them by themselves.

4. Regarding comprehensive score calculation. The comprehensive score is a percentage system, of which 40% of the first round of written test scores account for 60% of the interview scores.

After the interview is over, the candidates who enter the physical examination and inspection stage will be determined by each township based on the order of the comprehensive scores of the candidates in this position from high to low. Based on the candidate's physical examination and inspection results, the personnel to be hired will be determined, and those who fail the physical examination or inspection shall not be hired.

5. Public announcement and employment

The list of candidates to be hired will be announced on Chongming Talent Network for 7 days and will be subject to social supervision. If the public announcement does not object to or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be completed, the labor contract shall be signed in accordance with the regulations, and the prescribed wages and benefits shall be enjoyed.

6. Other matters

1. There is no registration fee or examination fee for this recruitment.

2. If the job age requires under 40 years old, it is required to be born after January 1, 1982; if under 35 years old, it is required to be born after January 1, 1987, and so on.
