The school’s principal Li Tiantai attended the meeting, and Zhang Mu, deputy secretary of the school’s Party Committee, presided over the meeting. The heads of the Party and Government Office (Zhenyi Campus Management Office), Student Affairs Department (Department), Academic Affairs Office, Laboratory Management Office, Logistics Department and 18 teachers and students representatives attended the discussion.

　　At the symposium, the delegates talked about their opinions and suggestions based on their own work, study and life reality, focusing on normalized epidemic prevention and control. Teacher representatives mainly make suggestions in terms of academic style construction, online teaching, self-development and student education. The student representatives mainly put forward opinions on the aspects of competition, extracurricular activities, diet and accommodation, nucleic acid testing and and the school environment. The school leaders and heads of various departments attended the meeting patiently listened to the speeches of the teachers and students representatives, and patiently answered the difficulties and suggestions put forward. At the same time, they promised to promote improvement in a timely manner, solve problems quickly, and do their best to provide services and guarantees for teachers and students' work, study and life at school.

Based on the feedback from the teachers and students representatives, he pointed out that, first, all teachers should focus on the construction of academic style of online teaching, reasonably choose online teaching methods, prepare classes, and teach every class well, so as to ensure that the online teaching standards do not shrink and the teaching quality does not decrease. Second, all functional departments should start from the work, study and life of teachers and students, open up information channels, strengthen psychological counseling, provide logistical support, and strive to create a positive, stable and harmonious campus environment. Third, it is recommended that all students develop good study and living habits, focus on physical exercise, and adhere to the comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor.
