Teaching routine work is the foundation of teaching work. Only by solidly grasping routine work can we continuously improve the quality of teaching. In order to further promote classroom teaching reform and improve teachers' professional capabilities, on September 29, Principal Zhang Hongchao of Dajindian Junior High School led various science teaching and research groups to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the regular teaching work since the start of school.
The content of this inspection mainly conducts in-depth and detailed inspections on the routine work of all teachers in preparing lessons, correcting homework, listening to classes, and evaluating classes. Through inspection, we can truly understand the implementation of teachers' teaching and provide the school with first-hand materials that reflect the regular teaching work of each teacher. During the inspection, the teaching and research team found that teachers were able to complete teaching tasks with quality and quantity. Most teachers prepare lessons carefully, have clear teaching goals in lesson plans, have prominent teaching points and prominent difficulties, carefully reflect on teaching and blackboard design, complete teaching links, and each unit has unit lesson preparation and class schedule. In terms of assignment assignments, teachers can also assign homework scientifically, reasonably and targetedly based on students' actual situation.
Through this careful and meticulous inspection, the school’s education and teaching work has been promoted, and at the same time, the teachers have further implemented the teaching routine work by themselves, truly achieving the purpose of “grasping the routine and promoting teaching”, and taking the school’s teaching work to a new level.
