On this day, 15 members of our "Sanqing Writing Group" were invited to visit and study at the first branch of the Geophysical Discovery School. Accompanied by Principal Wang Jichen, he visited the teacher and student canteen, exercises during class, classroom teaching, student dormitory and school honor room, etc. Although the brief tour was short, it left a very deep impression on me and my colleagues.

The school does have its own unique creations and achievements in both hardware and software, especially in the field of software.

The time we visited and discussed at school was just a hurry, but what we felt was full of harvest and emotion. Due to the limitations of responsibilities, the author cannot express it one by one. He only talks about his own experiences on the point he feels the most.

"Principal's Joint Office" made me feel the deepest

During the visit, I saw a new atmosphere in the principal's office with my own eyes: three simple desks were irregularly placed in an ordinary room less than 20 square meters. This is the joint office of the three principals.

This real and unique scene immediately aroused my strong interest: the president and vice president jointly operated the office This is really a new thing that is unprecedented.

Maybe it was because their office was tight, but I immediately denied it; the reason was that the school office house was more than enough.

Why is this?

During the discussion, Principal Wang Jichen gave a clear answer to this: this is a new measure for the school. This is to facilitate communication between principals; facilitate timely exchange of opinions; facilitate discussion and decision-making on major matters, etc. In short, this move will have many benefits.

It is obvious that the first branch school’s initiative is an innovation in style, at least currently in the field of education in Zhuozhou; I am sorry for my ignorance, because so far, I have not seen rumors and reports that the principals of ordinary senior high schools in the education system have joint offices.

Why is it called "the office of the principal's joint office" a new measure of innovative work style?

First, in recent years, the greed for big and foreign countries has been greedy for each other to compete with each other, and the stench has spread. Not to mention a dignified principal of a thousand people, even a luxurious office of hundreds of square meters is common. Now, the principal's office (three people) of a high school with more than 1,000 people is only more than 20 square meters. What does this huge contrast mean? !

Second, among many leadership teams, one person is the big one, two are enemies, three are quarrels, draw the ground into prison, and the sound of chickens and dogs is heard, and there are many phenomena that never interact with each other when they die. If this continues, communication will be poor, doubts will arise, and conflicts will surely abound.

The principal's office is working together, communication is always there, conflicts are resolved in a timely manner, you know, I know everyone knows. In this way, can school affairs be open, office transparency, and work efficiency be low?

Third, it blocks the channels for those who complain and complain about their wives, so that those who cannot see the light have no place to use their skills; the office thus increases unity and harmony and less noise, and the principals work together to manage the school, wouldn’t it be fun!

Fourth, it supervises each other and restricts each other, and reduces the opportunity and venue for giving gifts and money. It objectively plays a supervisory role in teaching integrity, which not only protects cadres, but also reduces unhealthy trends, kills two birds with one stone.

The best measures are to be persistent. The first branch of Geophysical Exploration not only formulated good measures, but also persisted for several years without wavering.A drop of water can see the sun. Third, it is because the publicity is insufficient, or there is no publicity for this at all; at best, some leaders or competent departments are just talking oral; they are not included in the necessary matters of reforming style styles of conduct and discipline and making a difference.
