In order to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and create a new type of teacher-student interactive classroom, on the morning of September 28, Xiaoyan Complete Primary School Chinese Group carried out a learning and training activity for the new Chinese curriculum standards for primary school.
This training was hosted by Mr. Ma Rong, the head of the Chinese language teaching and research group of the school, and Yang Shiwen, a teaching and research staff member of the town central school, was invited to provide on-site guidance. First of all, Wang Meirong, a rookie in teaching, led everyone to carefully read the new curriculum standards, and meticulously sorted out the differences between the new curriculum standards and previous years, so that teachers can more clearly define the content of the new curriculum standards and how to better reflect the requirements of the new curriculum standards in the specific teaching links, which will benefit everyone a lot. Then, teaching and research staff member Yang Shiwen put forward very professional suggestions for current classroom teaching. We give some directional grasp on how to attend an efficient classroom. Finally, many teachers have effectively consulted and communicated with Teacher Yang about the difficult problems encountered in actual teaching.
Through learning the new curriculum standards, the teachers in the Chinese group have deepened their understanding of the new curriculum standards, and at the same time they have clarified the direction of their efforts in teaching work in the new semester, laying a solid theoretical foundation for teachers' work in the new semester.
