III. Application requirements

6. Preliminary examination

7. Re-examination

(II) The re-examination adopts the form of a difference, and the difference ratio is generally not less than 120%. (III) Our school strictly reviews the candidate's resident ID card, academic degree certificate, academic qualification (school status) verification results, student ID card and other registration materials and candidate qualifications before the re-examination. 10. Ideological and political quality and moral assessment

11. Admission

(II) The personnel files and organizational relationships of full-time master's students admitted to our school must be transferred to our school within the specified time, and full-time learning of , otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid; part-time master's students admitted to our school will be on-the-job study, do not enjoy awards or scholarships, and do not arrange accommodation in a unified manner, and their household registration and personnel files will not be transferred to our school.

(III) Master students who are targeted for employment should sign targeted employment contracts with our school and employers before being admitted. 14. Basic study period and tuition fee

15. Award and Assistance System

Our school has built a relatively complete postgraduate award and assistance system. 16. Other

5. Application Qualification Review

Our school will conduct a comprehensive review of candidate application information and online confirmation materials in accordance with regulations to determine the candidate's examination qualifications.

If the registration information filled in by candidates does not match the application conditions, the examination shall not be allowed.

6. Preliminary examination

(I) Candidates should log in to the "Graduate Admissions Network" with their username and password for online registration. They should download and print the "Admissions Ticket" by themselves about ten days before the exam. The "Admission Ticket" is printed on A4 format white paper, and the front and reverse sides shall not be altered or written during use. Candidates will participate in the preliminary and re-examinations with the download and printed "Admission Ticket" and valid resident ID card.

(II) The preliminary examination time for the 2023 National Master’s Enrollment Examination is from December 24 to 25, 2022 (8:30-11:30 am and 14:00-17:00 pm every day).

7. Re-examination

(I) Based on the basic requirements for the preliminary examination scores determined by the state, our school has independently determined the preliminary examination score requirements and other academic requirements for the re-examination (including candidates for the unified examination, candidates for the "Retired College Student Soldiers", candidates for the "Minority High-level Backbone Talent Plan", candidates for the "Innovative Talent Training Special Plan", candidates for the "High-level Applied Talent Special Plan"), and candidates for the "High-level Applied Talent Special Plan") to enter the preliminary examination scores and other academic requirements.

(II) The re-examination adopts the form of a difference, and the difference ratio is generally not less than 120%. Disciplines (major) with sufficient students will moderately expand the difference re-examination ratio. Our school will announce the re-examination admission methods and the implementation details of the re-examination of each unit on the postgraduate admission information network of Ocean University of China before the re-examination.

(III) Our school strictly reviews the candidate's resident ID card, academic degree certificate, academic qualification (school status) verification results, student ID card and other registration materials and candidate qualifications before the re-examination. Those who do not meet the regulations will not be re-examination.

If there is any problem with the verification of the academic qualification (student status) information of candidates, the academic qualification (student status) verification should be completed within the specified time in accordance with our school's requirements.

The identity of minority candidates shall be subject to the ID card checked when applying for the exam and shall not be changed during the re-examination. Ethnic minority areas shall be subject to the "National Regional Autonomous Places of Ethnic Areas" published by relevant departments of the State Council.

(IV) The Ideological and Political Theory Examination for Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, Tourism Management, and Engineering Management is scheduled to be held in the re-examination, and the results are included in the total score of the re-examination.

(V) Foreign language listening and oral tests are conducted in the re-examination, and the results are included in the total re-examination score.

(VI) Our school believes that if necessary, the candidates can be re-examination.

(7) Those who fail the re-examination will not be admitted.

(8) Candidates who have completed the service period and passed the assessment of " College Student Volunteer Service Western Program ", " Three Supports and One Help Program", " Special Job Program for Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education Schools", "Chinese Teachers Volunteers to Foreigners" and other projects, who have participated in the National Master's Entrance Examination within 3 years, will be given a total score of 10 points in the first exam, and will be given priority under the same conditions.

College students should be recruited and retired from the military. After meeting the application requirements, candidates who participate in the national master's degree enrollment examination within 3 years will be given a total score of 10 points in the preliminary examination, and they will be given priority to admission under the same conditions. Those who are included in the special plan for recruitment of "Retired College Student Soldiers" will no longer enjoy the policy of extra points for the first examination of retired college students. Those who have won second-class merit or above in the army and meet the requirements for applying for the national master's degree enrollment examination can apply for exemption from the preliminary examination to pursue a master's degree.

Candidates who have completed the service period of the "Selected College Graduates to Work in Villages" project and have competent or above who have participated in the National Master's Enrollment Examination within 3 years will be given a total score of 10 points for the first-term examination, and will be given priority for admission under the same conditions. 8. Physical examination

Our school formulates adjustment work methods based on the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education and the actual re-examination admission situation, and will be announced before the re-examination on the "National Master's Admissions and Adjustment Service System" and the China Ocean University's Postgraduate Admissions Information Network.

10. Ideological and political quality and moral assessment

Ideological and political quality and moral assessment is mainly to assess the candidate's actual performance, and the content includes the candidate's political attitude, ideological expression, moral quality, compliance with laws and regulations, honesty and trustworthiness. The main methods are to conduct assessments of the candidates' ideological and political qualities and morality through interviews with candidates, "letter response" or "sending someone to external response". 11. Admission

(I) Our school determines the list of candidates' admissions based on the admission plan, the re-examination admission methods, the candidates' preliminary and re-examination results, ideological and political performance, physical and mental health status, etc.

(II) The personnel files and organizational relationships of full-time master's students admitted to our school must be transferred to our school within the specified time, and full-time learning of , otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid; part-time master's students admitted to our school will be on-the-job study, do not enjoy awards or scholarships, and do not arrange accommodation in a unified manner, and their household registration and personnel files will not be transferred to our school.

(III) Master students who are targeted for employment should sign targeted employment contracts with our school and employers before being admitted. The candidates will deal with the problems caused by applying for a master's degree and their unit. If the candidates cannot be re-examination or cannot be admitted, our school will not be responsible.

(IV) The application information confirmed by the candidates will not be modified during the admission stage, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be admitted. Candidates who fail or fail to complete the academic qualification (school status) review will not be admitted.

(V) The admitted freshmen can retain their admission qualifications for after applying to our school and agreeing to , work for 1 to 2 years, and then enter and study. (VI) Fresh undergraduate graduates and self-study examinations and online education candidates can graduate from undergraduate students at that time. Those who have not obtained a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma when they are admitted (before September 1, 2023) will be invalid.

12. "Special Plan for Innovation Talent Training" admissions

"Special Plan for Innovation Talent Training" candidates must confirm the qualifications of candidates in the "Special Plan for Innovation Talent Training" in accordance with the requirements of our school, otherwise they will not be admitted according to the plan. 14. Basic study period and tuition fee

15. Award and Assistance System

Our school has built a relatively complete postgraduate award and assistance system. Graduate students who meet the selection criteria can apply for various scholarships such as academic scholarships, national scholarships, , excellent scholarships, special scholarships, etc. Postgraduate students who meet the funding conditions can enjoy or apply for basic scholarships, "three assistances and one auxiliary" job allowances, master's pre-repair scholarships, special hardship subsidies, "green channel" for admission, national student loan and other special funds. 16. Other

(I) Our school has a doctoral authorization point to implement wide-caliber enrollment for masters and doctoral students, that is, during the master's degree selection stage, outstanding students are selected and trained according to the master's and doctoral students. After passing the comprehensive assessment during the school period, the master and doctoral students are officially converted to doctoral students and implement the doctoral student awards and assistance standards.

(II) The master's degree enrollment for national special programs such as the "Minority High-level Backbone Talent Plan" and the "Retired College Student Soldier" Special Plan will be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education.

(III) Candidates admitted to the Sanya Ocean Research Institute of China Ocean University (see the enrollment major catalog for details) shall be trained at Sanya Ocean Research Institute (located in Sanya City, Hainan Province).

(IV) Our school does not hold any form of postgraduate entrance examination tutoring class . The scope of the self-designed subject examination shall be subject to the examination syllabus published by our school.
