1. In view of the uncertainty of the recent spread of the epidemic, candidates must pay attention to the epidemic prevention requirements of the test area before the test, and do a good job in preparing for the test.
2. Log in to " Shaanxi Admissions and Examination Information Network ", carefully read the "Announcement on Epidemic Prevention and Control of the Written Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Qualification Examination in the First Half of 2022", prepare for the exam according to the requirements of the announcement, download and sign the Health Commitment Letter.
3. Do health checks and personal protection. Before the exam, you must monitor your physical health every day, measure your body temperature, and truthfully record your personal health information. Do a good job of self-protection, pay attention to personal hygiene, wear masks, wash your hands frequently, do not go out, do not gather unless necessary, do not go to crowded places, and pay attention to personal protection on the way to the exam.
4. Check the certification information. Those whose "name" and "certificate number" information on the admission ticket are inconsistent with the valid ID card they hold will not be allowed to take the test. Candidates are requested to carefully check the personal information on the test certificate. If you find that the photo information is incomplete, the name does not match the ID card , etc., please take your ID card to the test institution in the reference test area to correct it.
5. Take the exam on time. Candidates should arrive at the test center at least 1 hour in advance, keep a safe distance when entering the test center, and consciously present the health code , itinerary code, 48-hour negative nucleic acid test report (both paper and electronic versions are available), and accept body temperature testing. Identity verification, hand in the health pledge for the first exam.
6. Comply with epidemic prevention requirements. During the test, cooperate with the staff to carry out various epidemic prevention inspections, identity verification and personal belongings inspection.
7. Follow the exam room rules. It is strictly prohibited to bring mobile phones and other devices with the function of sending or receiving information into the examination room.After the test, whether it is used or not, it will be treated as cheating.
8. Wear a mask to take the test. Candidates must bring their own disposable medical masks or medical surgical masks . Except for identity verification, masks are required to be worn throughout the exam.
9. Candidates are requested to consciously abide by the "Exam Rules" and test with integrity.
