According to the "Notice of the Education Department of the Autonomous Region on Doing a Good Job in the Management of Correspondence Education and Guidance Stations in Colleges and Universities in Our District in 2021" (Guijiao Planning [2021] No. 15), in order to further understand the teaching site office teaching facilities and teacher construction , Staffing, business activities, teaching organization, teaching file management, etc., strengthen the standardized management of correspondence stations and standardize school running. On August 24, 2021, Tan Zhiyong, section chief of the Continuing Education College of Guangxi Vocational Teachers College, led a team of 3 key teachers to visit me The correspondence station conducted inspection and guidance on our station, accompanied by Qin Sufen, director of the continuing education center of our station, and related staff.
There are two main contents of this inspection:
1. According to the 2021 Education Department of the Autonomous Region, do a good job in the management of the school The spirit of the "Notice" conveys the filing requirements of the Correspondence Station of the School of Education in 2022.
2. Conduct on-site inspections of the offices and teaching facilities of the partner sites, and check the teaching process materials of the sites.

Section Chief Tan and his party will check the process management of our station and archive the guidance materials at the same time. School venues, teaching facilities, enrollment ability, student status management and teaching management are fully affirmed.
