In the past ten years, our province has established a per capita funding system and a gradual growth mechanism from preschool to higher education, and achieved full coverage of the student aid system. The popularity of education at all levels is higher than the national average. People can enjoy the sunshine of high-quality education at their doorstep. Preschool education has achieved universal development, with a gross enrollment rate of 88.92%, an increase of 19.46 percentage points from ten years ago, and the "difficulty in entering kindergarten" has been further alleviated; compulsory education has achieved basic balance, with a total investment of 21.42 billion yuan in ten years to improve the operating conditions of weak schools. The normal zero of students who dropped out of school due to family difficulties in compulsory education, the resettlement rate of migrant children and the enrollment rate of left-behind children is 100%, and the consolidation rate of compulsory education is 100%; ordinary high schools have achieved diversified and distinctive development, with a gross enrollment rate of 98.02%, and the new curriculum and new textbooks are fully launched. The "3+1+2" model of the new college entrance examination will be held in 2024. It has been officially implemented; the modern vocational education system has been basically established, and a vocational education network with Vocational Education Center as the leader and covering the three levels of counties, townships and villages has been built, forming a development pattern of "one county, one school" for secondary vocational schools; higher education has entered the stage of high-level popularization, with a gross enrollment rate of 78.38%, with a growth rate of 39.63 percentage points in ten years. In the past ten years, our province has focused on the problems of insufficient sleep in children, the difficulty of parents picking up and dropping off children, the "first-win" enrollment of private primary and secondary schools, and the heavy extracurricular burden on students, and has introduced a "combination punch" policy. It was the first in the country to postpone the morning arrival time of primary and secondary school students in the country. It is the first primary and secondary school to implement "zero school selection", "zero class selection", "zero seat selection" and "zero designation" to go to school without asking for help, and the "four-zero commitment" will be achieved in the compulsory education stage. Coordinating special funds to replace desks and chairs in primary and secondary schools effectively solves the problem of children developing fast and small desks. Expand the scope of the implementation of the nutrition improvement plan for rural compulsory education students, include all 18 border counties, with a total subsidy of 2.1 billion yuan in ten years, benefiting 35 counties, cities and districts, and nearly 3 million students. In the past ten years, our province and the Ministry of Education jointly built the only modern rural vocational education reform pilot zone in the country, built 19 national rural vocational education demonstration counties, ranking second in the country, and built 4 high-quality schools for rural revitalization talent training in the country, 12 universities paired with 18 border counties to carry out agricultural production services, and education empowered rural revitalization has achieved fruitful results.
