EMGS Notice on Chinese students' requirements
to provide academic certificate verification report - New application
1, Purpose
1.1 The purpose of this announcement is to provide the requirements for the EMGS Chinese student academic certificate verification report that educational institutions must submit when submitting eVAL application to EMGS.
2, Requires
2.1. From now on, educational institutions must obtain a verification report for English qualifications from Chinese students before they can create new applications in the STAR system.
2.2. The verification report for English academic qualification certificates is a required document for all new applications and is then submitted to the Malaysian Immigration Bureau for issuance of eVAL.
2.3. When submitting a new eVAL application to EMGS, educational institutions must use the verification report of the English academic certificate as part of the supporting documents to avoid delays in processing the application.
2.4. If the educational institution does not submit a verification report for English academic qualifications, EMGS will not support the application. The institution must submit these documents as additional documents to resume processing of the application.
2.5. The online certification report for academic qualification certificates can be obtained through China Academic Certification (CSSD)/Center for Degree and Postgraduate Education Development (CDGDC) (http://www.chsi.cn)/China Academic Exchange Service Center (http://www.cscse.edu).cn )

As a long time ago, we are applying for studying abroad in Malaysian . The requirements for application materials for various universities in Malaysia are "material notarization".
In August this year, after the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education of China sent a letter to the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia, the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia ordered EMGS (a government department responsible for handling visas for international students) to require international students to submit Chinese and English certification of their graduation certificates and transcripts of the Academic Credit Network.

Applying for undergraduate degree in Malaysia requires submitting a high school diploma in Chinese and English certification in the Xuexin Network.
Applying for masters and doctoral students in Malaysia must submit their diploma and transcripts in Chinese and English certification on the Xuexin Network.
