According to the "Resettlement Policy for Full-time Undergraduate and Master's Degree Talents" released by Hangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau on Hangzhou Municipal People's Government website, applicants with full-time undergraduate and master's degree from ordinary universities within two years of graduation may be eligible. Enjoy the policy of “settling first and then finding employment”.
The so-called "settlement first and employment later" means that you need to provide proof of academic qualifications before settling in, and there is no need to provide a labor contract and social security certificate . In fact, master's students in Hangzhou have been able to enjoy this policy in the past few years. However, starting from October 15 last year, they must establish a work unit in Hangzhou city and the employer must pay normal social fees before they can settle down. In actual practice, social security must be paid for at least one month before the settlement procedures can be completed.
Of course, this does not mean that the settlement policy will completely return to what it was before October 15 last year. Those who can enjoy the "settlement first and employment later" policy must have a bachelor's degree or a master's degree within two years of graduation.
