Thirty years after Hedong and thirty years after Hexi, now domestic axes are blooming and there are many kinds, and there are countless excellent axes. Flame snow shaft and flame purple shaft are as follows: trigger pressure 42±5gf, trigger stroke 1.6±0.3mm, total stroke 3.6±0.3mm, 23mm single-stage spring is used, and the shaft body life is 100 million times. You can see that the trigger pressure and trigger stroke are between the values of the gold powder shaft and the fast silver shaft. The overall feeling is a slightly lighter and a slightly shorter trigger stroke, so as to achieve compatibility in multiple usage scenarios.
The bottom shell of the flame snow shaft and the flame purple shaft are both PA material. The purple shaft shaft cover is PC color transparent, the snow shaft cover is PC high-transparent material, and the new material POK is used in the axis center. This is discussed in detail later. In addition, the shaft center uses dust-proof wall structure to improve the operating stability of the shaft body and the dust-proof ability of the shaft body.
In the light transmission scheme, the flame purple axis adopts a condenser design, the flame snow axis is a relatively ordinary convex lens upper cover, and there is a display of specific lighting effects behind it. Both shaft bodies adopt a three-leg shaft design scheme.
As mentioned earlier, POK material is used in the axis center of the flame snow shaft and flame purple shaft. POK is the English abbreviation of Polyketone polyketone material. The wear resistance of this material is 14 times that of POM material; its impact resistance is 230% higher than that of nylon (PA), and 1.4 times higher than POM; it also has excellent chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance and oil resistance. It is a new type of polymer polymer, and an extremely excellent comprehensive performance.
