Nokia has licensed its brand to a manufacturer for a new product line, and this time, its new products are laptops. The PureBook Pro laptop comes in two screen sizes, 17.3 inches and 15.6 inches.

Nokia has licensed its brand to a manufacturer for a new product line, and this time, its new product is a laptop.

PureBook Pro laptops come in two screen sizes, 17.3 inches and 15.6 inches. It's made by a French startup called OFF Global, which has a licensing deal with Nokia to sell the device in 22 countries around the world.

The device features an aluminum top, rounded edges, a large trackpad, and backlit keyboard . Of course, both options feature a Full HD IPS panel with up to 250 nits of brightness and are powered by an Intel Core i3-1220P paired with 8GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD .

html The 117-inch version offers a 63Wh battery, while the smaller version comes with a 57Wh battery pack. The former weighs a whopping 2.5kg, while the latter weighs a more reasonable 1.7kg.

As far as connectivity is concerned, there is no difference between the 17-inch and 15-inch variants, both come with 2x USB-C 3.2, 1x USB-A 3.2, and 1x 3.5mm audio jack.

Available in blue, grey, silver and red, the Nokia PureBook Pro series is already available at select retailers. The first batch of countries include France, Belgium , Finland , Denmark , Sweden , Luxembourg , the Netherlands, Austria , Germany, Ireland , Italy, Poland , Portugal, Spain, Norway , Iceland , United Kingdom, Switzerland , Morocco , Tunisia , Canada, and Thailand. But India is not on the list of countries. Popular online store Flipkart has a license to manufacture and sell Nokia brand laptops in the country.

The Nokia PureBook Pro 15.6" retails for €699, while the Nokia PureBook Pro 17.3" retails for €799.

OFF Global will release additional laptop models later in 2022.
