Recently, Apple released the official update packages for ios16.1 and ios15.7.1, which can be updated directly through the mobile phone system to experience it.
However, after updating, some users found that their experience was not as good as the original version. They wanted to change back to the original version, but they didn't know how to operate it, and were worried that the downgrade would lead to the loss of mobile phone information.
Here I will introduce you to a regular downgrade tutorial, which can completely save all data in your phone, as well as various settings and even the placement of the app.
Let me explain it. I have tried the method introduced in this article twice. My phone model is se2. Once it is downgraded from ios16.0.2 to ios15.7, and once it is downgraded from ios15.7.1 to ios15.7. Both downgraded took about 30 minutes.
First, you need to install the two software Aisi Assistant and iTunes on the computer, and then connect the phone to the computer to ensure that both software can normally recognize that the phone is connected, so that you can start the operation.
First, backup data
Open iTunes, if the interface is like the picture below, click the red box in the picture:
If the interface can see the backup module, click Backup immediately ( Note that you cannot check the encrypted backup here):
Then wait for the backup to complete ( After the backup is completed, you can first check whether the backup file exists. You can view through the operation in step three below)
Second, select the firmware and start Please refer to the figure below to select firmware. If the system you want to flash is not downloaded, you need to download it first, and then flash
. Here you should note that you should check the flash type . You should select "regular quick flash" and cannot select "retain user information flash" because this information protection mode is easy to cause white Apple (flashing failed, the phone cannot be used normally)
Of course, you can also download the firmware package to flash in other places, and then flash it through the local import method here. It should be noted that any version can be flashed in. Apple does not have a firmware version that has not closed the verification channel.
through the [Download Firmware] module to view which versions can be flashed in the current mobile phone model. The version that can be flashed is the system version that has not closed the verification channel. Other versions cannot be flashed in unless Apple opens the verification channel of this version one day.
Before starting to flash the machine, it is recommended to turn off the [Find My iPhone 2] function in your phone (of course I don’t know if it must be turned off). However, if you are sure to flash the machine, it is better to turn it off (mobile settings - click on the avatar column at the top - slide to the bottom, select the settings to be turned off - close the search for my iPhone)
finally start flashing the machine. During the flash process, you must ensure that the computer will not be powered off, and the mobile phone data cable will not cause poor contact due to accidental touch, and keep the computer network unobstructed. The entire process will last for about ten minutes. You can view the flash process through the software interface and the mobile phone interface.
. Data recovery
Open backup/restore data on iSi Assistant
In the pop-up window, select the full recovery
and select the backup to be restored in the right column. Here, the information of backups at all time points will be listed, select the most recent time point (just backed up), click the open file location above
and then find the Info.plist file in the folder, open it with text editing software (such as Notepad), and then look for the string "Product Version”, change the version number below to the version number you currently flashed (for example, I used ios16.0.2 to backup, here it will be 16.0.2, then I flashed ios15.7, and then I changed it to 15.7). After the modification, save and exit
and open iTunes again. At this time, since the phone has just been flashed into the system, iTunes cannot recognize the connection of the phone, so some initialization settings are required on the phone, just like the settings after you just bought a new phone and turned on it. You can observe the iTunes interface at any time during the setup process to see if there is a backup/restore interface. If there is, click on the recovery backup directly on it, and then wait for data recovery. If not, set it on the phone and enter the main interface, and then select the recovery backup operation through the page you just backup.
The entire recovery process may take about ten minutes. This time will be determined based on the amount of backup data. After the backup is successful, the phone will restart. After restarting, you will find that all data App icons are exactly the same as before.
What you need to note here is that after restoring the backup, the App will not be restored directly, but needs to be restored through the AppStore download. So if an App on your phone is removed from the AppStore at this time, then the App cannot be restored normally.
