At the meeting, President Jiang Xiayi said that the Wuming District People's Court will continue to strengthen communication and exchanges with the Wuming District Procuratorate, and will actively cooperate with the prosecution work for cases that meet the support for prosecution, ensure the implementation of the implementation opinions, and achieve the organic unity of legal, political and social effects. Prosecutor General Zhang Ren emphasized that the two courts signed the "Implementation Opinions" together, providing institutional support for the realization of information exchange, resource sharing, improvement and improvement. The two courts work together to implement the "Implementation Opinions" to play a positive role in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the people, especially vulnerable groups, in accordance with the law and providing warm judicial services. It is an important manifestation of judicial organs' implementation of the development concept of " people-centered ".
The "Implementation Opinions" signed by the two courts clearly define the principles that should be followed in support of prosecution and the scope of applicable cases. It standardizes the specific case handling process, division of labor, and cooperation in supporting prosecution, effectively promotes the standardization, institutionalization and long-term development of civil support for prosecution, effectively promotes the effective connection between civil prosecution work and civil trial work, and builds a new platform for judicial and procuratorial work to jointly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of vulnerable groups.
