I have a different view on the understanding of these two sentences. The first thing to be clear is that "not leaving the house" and "not leaving the house" are not two opposite approaches, but two things that are not directly related. The reason for this view is that it came up after referring to the silk book version of " Yijing ". The lines of the two lines in the silk book version of the Book of Changes are "No fault if you don't leave the house," and "No need to go out of the house, it's bad." It is not easy to be ambiguity when interpreting according to the silk book version. According to the modern popular book, although "hukou" and "hukou" mean similar, putting "hukou" and "hukou" together can easily make people connect the two in understanding, resulting in a deviation in understanding.

"If you don't leave the house, you won't blame." Refer to the silk book version of "If you don't leave the house, you won't blame". The literal meaning is to be restrained from leaving your own door, so there should be no problem. It means that moderation should be controlled within a certain range and should mainly be directed towards oneself. The object of restraint should be one's own thoughts and behaviors, and frugality should also start with one's own actions. Before you do your own restraint and frugality, don’t always ask others for restraint and frugality. This is the focus of this line. If you can start from yourself, you will naturally not have any adverse effects or results, and you will naturally "no blame".

Furthermore, you must be restrained and frugal, you must be moderate, you must not be short of it, and you must not be over. Just as Confucius said in : "Extravagance is not grandson, and frugality is solid", it means that luxury will inevitably lead to arrogantness, and frugality will easily become vulgar. Extravagance is certainly undesirable, but people who are too frugal are often accustomed to being stingy. Sometimes, there is a problem of lack of etiquette in human relationships and worldly affairs, and the consequences of this problem are likely to be misunderstandings or alienation from others.
