Chapter 9 of "Book of Changes: Tongren Gua": If you stay with others in the suburbs, you will have no regrets.
literally means: one heart and one mind with the people in the countryside, no regrets.
This is the sixth line of " fan hexagram ". The yang line is in the yin position and is not in the right position.
Many people here often cannot distinguish between "suburb" and "wild". The ancients called the outside of the city "suburbs" and the suburbs "wild".
Shangjiu is the outermost line in the "Tongren hexagram", so it is "Tongren in the suburbs". If you can be of the same mind as the people in the countryside, you will have no regrets.
"Xiang" says: "Together with people in the suburbs" means that the ambition has not been achieved.
"Xiang Ci" means: living in harmony with others in the countryside; because no one responded, ambitions could not be implemented, and the hope of " world harmony " was not realized.
Today we are talking about the last line of "Tong Ren Gua".
Let me review the entire hexagram again. "Tianhuo Tongren hexagram" means that the lower stem and the upper stem overlap, the stem is the sky, for the king; Li is the fire, for the subjects and the people. Fire is rising from the sky, and the fire nature is rising. It is the same as the sky, the upper and lower are in harmony, we are in the same boat, the interpersonal relationships are harmonious, and the world is unified.
The sixty-four hexagrams were created by King Wen of Zhou Dynasty. The "Book of Changes" written by the largest "king" at that time actually talks about the study of emperors.
