In fact, the problem is not big, but we are all easy to encounter, and the car owner spent 80 yuan to solve the problem.

Originally, this car was going to maintain the engine, and the owner described the above problem next to it. The reason for the master's first thought was the throttle valve, because this is the case after the throttle valve is dirty. Therefore, the master decided to remove the throttle valve first to check, and the throttle valve is at the position shown by the yellow arrow in the picture below.

Since the throttle of this car faces downwards, it will be easy to disassemble under the car, so the master lifts the car up. The yellow arrow shows the pipe connected to the throttle, and the throttle is in the position shown by the red arrow, and there are four screws fixed in total.

The following figure shows, this is the throttle valve. You can see that there is a lot of black sludge on the edge of the throttle valve. It is these sludge that causes the throttle valve to stagnate.

In order to clean the throttle more conveniently, the master removed the throttle and cleared it. The picture below is the removed throttle valve. We can see that there is also a lot of oil sludge on the back of the throttle valve.

Let’s look at the installation position of the throttle valve, which is the position shown by the red arrow.

throttle valve cleaning is very easy. It only requires a bottle of special cleaning agent and a small toothbrush. The cleaning price is generally around 100 yuan. If you clean the throttle valve in a 4S store, the price will be higher. This time the master quoted the owner to 80 yuan, and the owner agreed to clean it.

Only by spraying the cleaning agent to the throttle sludge position and then brushing with a toothbrush, sludge will immediately leave the throttle, as shown in the figure below.

While the master cleaned with a toothbrush, he repeatedly sprayed the cleaning agent several times, as shown in the figure below, showing the original color of the metal.

Then, the master installed the throttle valve to its original position and connected it to the intake pipe. The installation was considered complete. Another very important step is to use a computer to match the throttle valve. After the master completed these operations, he turned on the key and started the engine. He stepped on the accelerator and would no longer have any lag. The idle speed was running smoothly, and the problem was solved!

There is a reminder here that the throttle valve usually needs to be checked around 20,000 kilometers. If it is too dirty, it needs to be cleaned. On the other hand, if we car friends encounter faults in the case while driving, it is very likely that the throttle problem will be, which needs to be solved in time, and the maintenance price is really not high.
