According to the announcement, the registered capital of the joint venture is RMB 200 million, of which GAC Parts holds 447.5% of the shares, Shixi Coal Industry holds 47.5% of the shares, and Zunyi Energy holds 5% of the shares. The joint venture is jointly established by car companies and mining companies. It can give full play to the resource advantages of all investors and carry out the development and operation of mineral resources on the basis of making full use of Zunyi's rich lithium ore resources.
