Jingjin Electric is one of the domestic leading enterprises in the electric drive system of new energy vehicles and is also the world's leading provider of new energy vehicles motors and power systems. It has completed the research and development of the core technologies of the three major assembly drive motors, controllers, and transmissions, and achieved a complete layout. In December 2018, Jingjin Electric's third production base was settled in Heze , with the overall plan being "five centers, two platforms, and one base". Among them, the "one base" is the "three-in-one" electric drive assembly base, which has received key support from the National Development and Reform Commission to enhance its core manufacturing industry.

In 2019, the integrated assembly of "motor + reducer + motor controller " independently developed was officially put into production. The project has the R&D and production capabilities of new energy vehicle power systems such as motor body, controller, control software, gearbox, electromechanical coupled system, and has more than 130 patents and more than 20 international patents.
"Of course, the research and development of the third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide controller has been successful, achieving high output power and high system efficiency." Yu Yepeng said that the new generation of "three-in-one" electric drive assembly has advantages such as lower cost, smaller size and higher efficiency. Its product market share ranks first in the country for many years, and its domestic market share exceeds 1/3. At the same time, the project has also won the "favor" of leading European and American car companies, ranking in the top three in the world with Germany's Bosch and Siemens .
It is understood that after the Jingjin Electric (Heze) production base project is completed and put into production, Heze will have an annual production capacity of 500,000 passenger car motor stator -point assembly, 100,000 commercial vehicle motor stator stator subassembly, 1 million reducer and automatic transmission gear, 5,000 tons of stator silicon steel sheet punch assembly, and 300,000 sets of new energy vehicles electric drive powertrain production capacity. By then, Jingjin Electric (Heze) will become Jingjin Electric's largest production base in the world.
