, the most authoritative consumer guide in the United States, "Consumer Reports" released the 2020 car reliability survey report. Tesla has many car models with frequent problems, and the overall reliability evaluation ranks second from the bottom.
"Consumer Reports" announced on Thursday a new list of car brand reliability and product reliability for 2020. Mazda topped the list for the first time, squeezing out Toyota, a 15-year winner, and Toyota and Lexus each ranked second and third. Slakin was in the last place and ranked second from the bottom.

"Consumer Report" no longer recommends Tesla Model S, Model Y and Model X cars. Jack Fisher, senior director of automotive testing at Consumer Reports, mentioned that Model S has problems with air suspension, computer and touch screen controls, while Model Y has misaligned body panels, paint mismatches, and even hair stuck in paint.
