V36 engine is a new platform developed by Quanchai and Austrian AVL company for Harvest Machinery. It has the characteristics of strong power, low fuel consumption, long life, strong climate and terrain adaptability, low vibration and low noise. In response to the power economy issues that users are concerned about, the V36 engine adopts the high-pressure common rail fuel system, high-efficiency supercharger and DLC coating technology, which greatly improves the maximum torque of the engine and provides sufficient power in various environments. V12 engine is a product jointly developed by Quanchai and Tiannei. According to reports, Quanchai has successfully developed an enhanced proton exchange membrane in the field of hydrogen fuel cells to achieve import substitution. Enhanced proton exchange membrane structure: both sides are perfluorosulfonic acid ionomer layers, and the ePTFE layer in the middle of the membrane provides additional mechanical strength. The pores of the ePTFE layer are filled with perfluorosulfonic acid ionomer to establish a continuous proton transmission channel, and inhibit swelling in the direction of the membrane plane. This is crucial to reduce the mechanical stress caused by the dry/wet cycle during the operation of proton exchange membrane fuel cell , and its service life is greatly improved compared with the same thickness of non-reinforced membrane.
At present, due to the incomplete construction of hydrogen energy infrastructure, the costs of hydrogen production, transportation, and hydrogen refueling are too high, hydrogen power has not developed to a large scale in China.
