What penalties will be imposed on taking the driving test?
According to Article 19 of the "Road Traffic Safety Law" to drive a motor vehicle, one must obtain a motor vehicle driving license in accordance with the law.
To apply for a motor vehicle driving license, you must comply with the licensing conditions stipulated by the public security department of the State Council; after passing the examination, the traffic management department of the public security organ will issue a motor vehicle driving license of the corresponding category.
According to Article 88 of the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License ", if an applicant conceals relevant information or provides false materials to apply for a motor vehicle driving license, the applicant shall not apply for a motor vehicle driving license again within one year.
Specifically, if an applicant engages in bribery or fraud during the examination, his or her qualification for the examination will be disqualified, and the results of other subjects that have passed the examination will be invalid, and the applicant shall not apply for a motor vehicle driving license again within one year.
If the applicant obtains a motor vehicle driving license through improper means such as deception or bribery, the traffic management department of the public security organ shall confiscate the motor vehicle driving license and revoke the motor vehicle driving license. The applicant shall not apply for a motor vehicle driving license again within three years.

Anyone who illegally sells or provides to others the test questions and answers specified in Paragraph 1 for the purpose of cheating in exams shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1.
Whoever takes the place of another person or lets another person take the examination specified in paragraph 1 on his behalf shall be sentenced to criminal detention or surveillance, and shall also or solely be fined.
