The owner of the car should have contacted us in 19 years. Due to various trivial matters in the middle, he has been dragged to find us again now. Through chatting, I learned that the car owner is about to enter the marriage hall, hoping to take a break with his car before getting married. So I made an appointment with us a week before the construction and drove the car over as planned. However, because of the regional traffic control, they just caught up with the upper limit number, so they could only drive over at night.
After the car drove over, we conducted an inspection and road test on the whole car. It can be seen from the picture that the fog lamp frame has been damaged. Because this car had been partially painted up before, the sheet metal ash of the car body has also been cracked. And orange peel pattern is serious, except for the roof, the whole car is like this, the same door, under the side light, can come out three colors, the original plan is to solve the orange peel problem through mirror correction, but from now on According to the situation, the paint of the whole car must be re-painted.

Remove the interior trim panel and the roof
This is the interface that causes the skylight to leak. The two pipes are rigidly connected. As long as the angle is slightly wrong, water leakage will occur. There are 8 interfaces in the whole car like this, 4 of which are on the four corners of the sunroof, and the remaining 4 are on both sides of the front instrument panel and on both sides of the trunk.

There is a rubber water outlet at the junction of the instrument panel and the trunk. This design is really incomprehensible, because once there is mud or other debris in the pipeline, it is easy to cause blockage or obstruction , So that the water in the pipeline accumulates more and more, cannot be discharged, and finally enters the ceiling and the floor glue from the top of the interface and the skylight.
So our solution is to change and strengthen the original car pipeline. First, change the water outlet rubber port and cut off the part that is most likely to be blocked. And for the above-mentioned 8 joints, use chucks to reinforce them during installation. After the installation is completed, the skylight can leak water and completely kill it!
Due to water leakage from the skylight,As a result, the carpet gets damp, so we have done a lot of cleaning and high-temperature sterilization of the interior.
The interior and chassis should also be white.
Clean the disassembled parts from the car, and pick out the worn and defective parts for repair.
The rear air outlet and ceiling light trim were severely damaged and beyond the scope of repair, so we replaced them.
The original sun visor has been damaged and replaced with a new one. However, the main driver's side was seriously out of stock in China, and it was scheduled for ten days to arrive. You must know that it is the most troublesome thing to find the source of the parts that cannot be repaired, so the moment you receive the goods, you feel beautiful.
