Now, some people just go to visit for "check in", some people take photos quickly with their mobile phones, and some people, like me, go out with tripods, cameras and lenses. I always have a measure of myself. When I was shooting, I should be able to see what is outside the window, and also see what is in the room itself. For this, I usually take 5 to 9 photos of different exposures. On the darkest one I see only the brightest part, which is usually what I see inside through the light outside the window. On the brightest photo, I saw everything in my room, and the outside was white.

Through Photoshop, I merged these photos into one photo. By using radial filters, I can make certain places brighter a little bit more and I can create the atmosphere I want. In doing so, I can create images that are as close to reality as possible.

These places with history and stories fascinate me, so when I post pictures I will pair some of the history of the place. For example, what does this factory produce and why does it close? Who lives in this hut, why has it been empty for many years now, etc.

Also, I feel it is necessary to point out that in most cases, entry into abandoned buildings without permission. Security guards or guardians will suddenly appear in front of you. As a reminder, if this happens to you, stay calm and friendly and explain what you are doing. Sometimes you may have to delete your photos, but sometimes you may also be severely scolded when you leave.

But that's the risk of hobby. This is not enough to make me give up.
