Call for Paper Notice
Human beings are a whole, and the earth is a home. Only by working together, living together, and constantly moving towards building a community with a shared future for mankind can we jointly create a better future. The "Image China" image competition guided by the Internet Communication Bureau of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Office and hosted by the China News Service will use the online call for papers to open multiple domestic and international sub-districts to widely collect pictures and micro-video works. This competition uses images as a medium and the network as a bridge to break the boundaries of language, time and space. From the perspective of popularization and lifeization, it records and displays China from all aspects, so that the world can better understand and understand China and further promote mutual understanding and openness and inclusion, enhance the mutual understanding and connectivity with the people of all countries, and make positive contributions to promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.

3 Call for papers
1. College group
College group solicitation targets are college students, including Chinese students and international students.
2. Social group
Social group solicitation targets are photography enthusiasts other than college students. There are 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) sub-regions and institutional competition areas such as the China Communications Photography Association Mobile Photography Branch, and overseas sub-regions such as Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, and Portugal are also set up.

Manuscript requirements
1. Work requires
1. Image submissions must be in JPG format, with a length of not less than 3000 pixels, a size of not less than 1M, and color, black and white are not limited. Single and group photos are available. The number of group photos should be between 5 and 12. Micro video submissions require a file duration of less than 2.5 minutes, MP4, MPG, and MOV formats are available, with pixels not less than 1080p, and file size is within 1G. The shooting time is not limited and the shooting equipment is not limited. The shooting time, location and brief description of the shooting content must be indicated in the description of the work. It is better to have both Chinese and English.
2. The work must retain its original information. Entries that cannot provide information about the original work shall be deemed to be invalid.
3. The submission work must be taken by the contributor himself, and the author has independent and complete copyright of the work. If there is plagiarism or similar situations, it will be deemed to be invalid submission and the relevant liability shall be borne by the contributor.
4. The original images of the photographic works shall not be deleted, added, or technical synthesis. The brightness, contrast, color saturation and composition and tailoring of the works may be appropriately processed, including conversion to JPG format.
5. Remake contributions are not accepted.
6. The entries will be regarded as the author's default agreement to the organizational unit, affiliated unit organization, and cooperative organization for public welfare publicity in related topics.
2. Disclosure of rights and responsibilities
1. Submissions of works shall not infringe on the copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, and privacy rights of others. If a third party makes a statement or is dissatisfied with the rights of the person, architecture or other things in the work, the contributor shall bear full responsibility for the legal affairs caused or may be triggered by the contribution of the work.
2. For works and behaviors that are sufficient to hinder 's public order and good customs , they will be disqualified from being selected once discovered. "Works and behaviors that hinder public order and good customs" include but are not limited to all situations that may seriously mislead public awareness and have a fraudulent nature, such as violation of law, morality, public order or good customs.
3. There is no charge for this event and no refund is required. The copyright of the entries belongs to the original entrant. The entrant will grant the organizational structure units and related parties the use of the works through various channels (including but not limited to the Internet, press releases or other media, offline display and promotion meetings, etc.) (the right to sign the winning photographer) will be retained, and the use area is not restricted, and the organizer will be allowed to modify and cut the works.
4. The organizer of the competition has the right to upload the image-type submission works to China News Photo Network (www.cnsphoto.com) simultaneously, and deem it as a contracted photographer's work for display and sale. If a third party adopts it, the corresponding royalties will be paid to the copyright owner.
5. Once the contributor uploads the work, it will be deemed to agree to and abide by the above rules. All works that do not meet the requirements for call for papers will be disqualified from participating.
6. Works of the organizer staff and the judges (including immediate family members) of this selection cannot be submitted for comment. Once discovered, the qualification will be disqualified.
7. The final right to interpret this event belongs to the organizer.
3. Notes
Contributor registration and filling in information must be true and valid, and communication must be kept unobstructed. The organizer will contact the shortlisted contributor through telephone and email, and require the contributor to provide relevant information within the specified date. Those who fail to make the deadline will be deemed to have voluntarily waived. If the contributor fails to provide accurate information and information, the contributor himself shall be responsible for the responsibility.
